Lauren Bailey, Director of Agricultural Programs

Lauren is a TN native and returned to Middle TN almost five years ago. Since her return, she has been blessed to work in community gardens and on small organic farms in Nashville. She believes in sharing meals, growing food and sharing laughter.

Sarah Risley, Assistant Garden Manager

Originally from Western New York, Sarah is a Nashville transplant who earned her bachelors degree in Environmental Studies & Food Policy from Skidmore College. After working on the CRIT garden through Nashville Grown in 2014, Sarah moved over to begin work as the program’s assistant garden manager. She is excited to spend a second season with CRIT and continue to dig into the Nashville food, agriculture, and social justice scene!

Siddi Remal, Community Garden Navigator

Siddi is originally from Bhutan and loves to work with the community and do things to help out society. Siddi is interested in gardening because it is a tradition that is carried from his forefathers and his country, an agricultural culture. Siddi likes to work in the garden and grow vegetables to support his family and enjoys learning about the growing process in Middle Tennessee.
